Queendom T.E.A. invites Rashida to lead Empowerment Workshop

Founder LaQuisha Hall described it:  This workshop, led by Rashida McKenzie of Sisciety, empowered my girls to discover their full potential, understand who they really are, build solid-self esteem and learn real life strategies and skills needed to be happy and successful on their own terms.     It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I am writing to endorse and recommend Rashida McKenzie of Sisciety, LLC. For the last 8 years in Baltimore City, I have been a teacher, as well as an international mentor to youth from all over the world.     Ms. McKenzie presented material with such ease and humor and immediately set an upbeat tone for what was a very original workshop. It seemed that her creative ideas for presentations and activities were inventive and entertaining; they also appeared astonishingly effective.

    She has distinguished herself as a conscientious and energetic pioneer in the fields of leadership and girls empowerment. I have enormous respect for her teaching and leadership skills, and have been pleased to work with her. As a result, I have invited Ms. McKenzie back to be the keynote speaker for our Second Annual Mother-Daughter Tea.
